Farmington Soccer Club is driven by the dedication of our community, and we are always looking for passionate individuals to help shape the next generation of players. Whether you want to be on the pitch or working behind the scenes, there is a vital role for you. We are actively seeking head coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, and board members to lead our programs. Even if you only have a short window of time, lending a hand to help with tryouts makes a massive difference in keeping our 100% volunteer-led organization running smoothly and ensuring the sport remains accessible to every family.

You don't need a lifelong background in soccer to make a profound impact on our club. While we always welcome experienced voices for coaching and training, we are equally in need of off-field expertise to help our organization thrive. If you have skills in social media, marketing, organization, or general administration, your talents can directly elevate the FSC experience. Volunteering with us is more than just giving your time; it is a chance to apply your unique strengths to build a stronger, more connected community for our kids.

Coaches new to the sideline? We’ve got you covered. You don’t need a résumé to make a difference—just a willingness to get involved. At FSC, you’ll never coach alone. We equip every volunteer with a toolkit: proven practice plans, video tutorials, and direct mentorship from coaches with decades of experience. We invest in our coaches, offering partial to full reimbursement for official licensing courses if you choose to get certified. We provide the roadmap; you provide the enthusiasm.
